Michael Phelps Kerner, part 2

Swimming Lessons!
He has a little swimmer body--broad shoulders, ripped arms, big* lats, and a small waist. He also has no fear. Except when the teacher (a stranger) tries to demonstrate how to help kids kick their legs in the water. Those were the only tears shed at Joey's first swimming lesson (phew!).
Here are a few pics of Joey and Jude learning how to take those first strokes. OK, maybe just how to be comfortable in the water, but we'll get there.
*As big as a 22 lb. sixteen-month-old can be.

Joey loved the lessons... here he is in his team sweats giving his best thumbs-up. (Yes, he kind of thinks it's "thumbs-back", but he means thumbs-up.)

Joey's growing up so fast. Glad to see he's following in his mom's wake.
